Leveraging Samsung’s AI momentum, we created a launch film for the Galaxy Book4 Edge, introducing audiences to breakthrough technology in the most relatable way and changing the way they work on their PC.
In a time when AI is growing and evolving every day, it can be easy for users to feel intimidated by this technology. So to bridge this gap, we wanted to introduce one of the Galaxy Book4 Edge’s newest features, using mundane situations that everyone can relate to.
We’ve all found ourselves staring at a messy desktop, wondering where we saved that file. However, with Samsung’s new AI-powered laptop there is no more searching tirelessly for lost files – just ask and it will find them.
Launching globally, the film finds Paula, an eager intern, being tasked with urgently finding an important file for a client meeting. Horrified by the disorganized state of her laptop, she sets off on a desperate search for the document. Eventually discovering the Galaxy Book4 Edge, Paula asks for the file and, much to her amazement, her PC finds it.
By dramatizing such a common frustration with such a memorable approach, we wanted to capture people’s imagination, overcoming any doubts about this technology and leaving them wanting to try it for themselves.
